All CABLE UP® Industrial cables are covered by a 1-year unconditional warranty and a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship. All CABLE UP ® Premium cables are covered by a 5-year unconditional warranty and a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship.
To claim warranty, contact your sales associate. All units must be returned to CABLE UP prepaid with a brief description of the warranty issue. Include dated copy of the sales slip or other proof of purchase, if available. Defective units must be shipped to the following address:

CABLE UP makes no express warranties regarding its product other than those set forth herein, and all implied warranties, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT, HEREBY ARE EXCLUDED. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, CABLE UP's sole liability for product defects shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.
